Getting your tires installed
XYZ Tires sells and delivers tires; we do not mount them. Have your tires shipped to the installer of your choice, or to your home and take them to any tire shop for mounting and balancing.
Why we don’t install
We are an online warehouse operation. Keeping sales and installation separate lets you choose the installer you trust and pay them directly for the work.
Your options
- Ship to your installer: enter the garage’s address at checkout and add a note with your name and appointment time.
- Ship to your home: then bring the tires to any garage or tire shop.
- Pick up at our Etobicoke warehouse.
What to ask your installer for
- Mounting and balancing for each tire.
- New valve stems, or a TPMS service kit if your vehicle has tire pressure sensors.
- A wheel alignment check, especially when replacing worn front tires.
- Torquing the wheel nuts to the vehicle maker’s specification, and re-checking after 50 to 100 km.
Keep the installer’s invoice with your XYZ Tires order: manufacturers may ask for both if you make a warranty claim.
