Delivery is free to any address in Ontario and Quebec and usually takes 1 to 3 business days; most addresses in the Greater Toronto Area receive their tires the next business day.
Where we deliver
We deliver to homes, businesses and installers anywhere in Ontario and Quebec. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum.
How long it takes
- Greater Toronto Area: usually the next business day.
- Rest of Ontario and Quebec: typically 1 to 3 business days, depending on where you live.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
Shipping to your installer
Many customers have their tires delivered straight to the garage that will mount them. Enter the shop's name and address as the delivery address and add a note for the installer at checkout. Call the shop first to confirm they accept deliveries and to book your appointment.
Pickup instead of delivery
You can choose free pickup from our warehouse at 321 Rexdale Blvd, Etobicoke, ON M9W 1R8. See warehouse pickup.
Damaged or missing items
Please inspect your tires when they arrive. If anything is damaged or missing, email help@xyztires.com with your order number and photos within 48 hours so we can make it right.

Not at the moment. Contact us if you are elsewhere in Canada and we will let you know if we can help.
Can I have the tires delivered to my mechanic?
Yes. Use the shop’s address as the delivery address and confirm with them beforehand that they accept deliveries.
