We collect only the personal information needed to process and deliver your order and answer your questions. Card details are handled by Clover and never stored by XYZ Tires. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time.

Who we are

What we collect and why
- Orders: name, email, phone, delivery address and the items you buy, to process, deliver and support your order and meet tax-record obligations.
- Payment: card details are entered in fields hosted by Clover, our payment processor, and are never stored on our servers. We receive only the card brand, last four digits and the transaction result.
- Messages and reviews: what you send us through forms, to answer you or publish your review (first name, city and vehicle only, if provided).
- Website use: we count page views per page without cookies or personal identifiers. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may set cookies to measure visits in aggregate.
Cookies
We use a cookie to remember your shopping cart and, during checkout, Clover may set cookies needed to process payment securely. We do not use advertising cookies.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the store: our payment processor (Clover), delivery carriers and our tire supplier (for shipping), and our email and hosting providers. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes (generally six years). Messages are deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
Under Canada’s PIPEDA and, for Quebec residents, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent to marketing emails, and file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
