Terms of sale and use
These terms apply to purchases from and use of xyztires.com. XYZ Tires is a company incorporated in Ontario and operating from Etobicoke, Ontario.
Prices and taxes
Prices are per tire, in Canadian dollars, and exclude applicable taxes (HST in Ontario; GST and QST in Quebec), which are added at checkout based on the delivery address (Ontario rates for warehouse pickup). Delivery in Ontario and Quebec is free.
Orders and availability
Stock levels are updated throughout the day but can change quickly. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you with alternatives or refund that item in full.
Correct fitment
You are responsible for choosing tires of the correct size, load index and speed rating for your vehicle, as shown on the placard on the driver’s door jamb or in the owner’s manual. Our size and vehicle tools are a guide; contact us if you are unsure before ordering.
Installation
We do not install tires. Installers you choose are independent of XYZ Tires, and claims for damage arising from installation or service must be made to the installer.
Returns and warranty
Returns are governed by our returns policy; product defects by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Website content
Information on this website is provided in good faith. Specifications come from manufacturers and our supplier and may change without notice. Text and images on this site are protected by copyright and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law, including Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your province of residence.
