Are your prices per tire?
Yes. Prices are per tire, in Canadian dollars, before tax. Delivery in Ontario and Quebec is free.
How do I find my tire size?
It is printed on the sidewall of your current tires (for example 225/65R17 102H) and on the placard on the driver’s door jamb. You can also search by vehicle on our site.
How fast is delivery?
Usually the next business day in the Greater Toronto Area and 1 to 3 business days elsewhere in Ontario and Quebec.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, free of charge at 321 Rexdale Blvd, Etobicoke, ON M9W 1R8, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Do you install tires?
No. We deliver to your home or directly to your installer; any tire shop can mount and balance them.
What is your return policy?
Unused tires with their original stickers can be returned within 30 days with an RMA number. Non-defective returns carry a 5% restocking fee and you pay return shipping.
Are winter tires mandatory in Quebec?
Yes. From December 1 to March 15, passenger vehicles registered in Quebec must have four tires bearing the 3PMS (mountain and snowflake) symbol. Winter tires and all-weather tires both qualify.
What is the difference between all-season and all-weather tires?
All-weather tires carry the 3PMS symbol and are certified for severe snow, so they can be used year-round. All-season tires are not winter-rated.
What do the load index and speed rating mean?
In 102H, 102 is the load index (850 kg per tire) and H is the speed rating (up to 210 km/h). Choose values at least equal to those on your vehicle’s placard.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard, processed securely by Clover. Card details never touch our servers.
Do I need to replace all four tires?
It is best to replace all four, and essential on all-wheel-drive vehicles and for winter tires. If you replace two, put the new tires on the rear axle.
How old are your tires?
All tires are new. The four-digit DOT code on the sidewall shows the week and year of manufacture; contact us if you need a specific date range.
